Are you looking for a new job opportunity as an Interior Design Consultant in London? This could be the perfect role for you!

Our client, a prestigious interior architecture and design company, is seeking a talented Interior Design Consultant for their London showroom.

The Interior Design Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing sales, and offering expert interior design advice to both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand the client portfolio, developing lasting relationships with architects, decorators, and direct clients (B2B and B2C).
• Sales Leadership: Lead client meetings and manage your own sales projects, including conducting site visits for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Product Expertise: Promote and present products in a way that showcases their value to clients, ensuring they align with the brand’s vision and aesthetic.
• Project Management: Assist and guide clients in their interior design projects, providing advice and developing proposals. Manage quotes, follow-ups, and negotiations to close sales.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom meets the brand's standards in terms of organization and presentation, creating an inspiring environment for clients.
• Design Work: Carry out site measurements, design furniture, create plans using dedicated software, and prepare mood boards to help visualize projects for clients.
• Sales Follow-up: Track sales progress, follow up on proposals, and ensure that all documentation and customer interactions are efficiently handled.
• Client Support: Maintain strong relationships with your contacts, providing after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

• A background in interior design with a strong commercial mindset.
• Prior experience in a high-end or luxury interior design showroom is required.
• Fluent English is essential; other languages, particularly French, are an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software and office tools (experience with AutoCAD or similar is preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Job Details:

• Location: London
• Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per year (depending on experience) + commission
• Hours: 35 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Availability: Immediate start
