Our client is urgently seeking a motivated, talented, and ambitious Junior Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience on large-scale projects (high-end residential projects and/or museums) to join their Paris office and work on prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design of high-end residential projects, transforming conceptual ideas into creative and coherent proposals.
- Contribute innovative design solutions while maintaining the firm’s design identity.
- Develop and detail plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models across all project phases (Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation).
- Prepare visual presentations, digital models, and renderings for clients and internal reviews.
- Produce and manage project documentation using AutoCAD and Rhino, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Support optimization of digital workflows to improve project efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Architect, team members, and external consultants to ensure architectural and technical consistency.
- Participate in project meetings and client communications.
- Stay updated on architectural trends and innovations in high-end residential design.
Profile :
- Architect (under the direct supervision of a PM or Project Architect)
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Strong design skills
- Experience :
- In high-end residential projects
- Experience in the USA and/or UK is a plus
- Personality / Soft skills :
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Autonomous with strong common sense
Software Proficiency :
- Professional fluency in AutoCAD and Rhino is essential
Employment requirements :
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
- EU passport or right to work in the EU
