You are responsible for overseeing and aligning the HR function across multiple companies within the group. This role provides strategic and operational leadership, ensures consistent HR policies, strong governance, and compliance, while supporting the groups growth and performance. The position reports directly to the owners and/or shareholders and works closely with the leadership teams of the various companies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with the owners’ vision and business
objectives
- Advise owners and shareholders on people-related risks, opportunities, and organizational design
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior management across all companies
HR Oversight & Governance
- Supervise and guide HR teams or HR leads within each company
- Establish standardized HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the group
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies for senior and critical roles across the group
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks
- Support retention initiatives and employee engagement strategies
Compensation, Benefits & Performance
- Oversee group-wide compensation, benefits, and incentive structures
- Ensure fair, competitive, and performance-based reward systems
- Support performance review processes and link outcomes to business goals
Employee Relations & Culture
- Promote a strong, consistent company culture and values across all entities
- Handle or oversee complex employee relations matters
- Foster a positive, ethical, and inclusive work environment
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to owners and shareholders
- Provide regular updates on workforce trends, risks, and key initiatives
- Support due diligence and HR integration for acquisitions or restructuring
